Client Service Associate

Needham, MA

We are seeking a Client Service Associate who is very organized, can work independently, has exceptional attention to detail, has exceptional follow-up, and can complete error-free work. Must have good people skills and enjoy assisting clients in servicing accounts while providing exceptional service. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and operate successfully under deadlines. Must be able to follow directions while knowing when to take the ball and run with it.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all client service paperwork needs. Process new account applications, check requests, address changes, wire instructions, transfers
  • Proactively maintain clients' accounts to ensure they are in order
  • Client relationship management through answering questions and solving problems
  • Schedule meetings
  • Maintain client information in CRM
  • Draft letters as directed by Advisor
  • Scan client statements, correspondence, agreements.
  • Eventually, anticipate Advisor's and client’s needs and handle them proactively
  • Meeting preparation including report generation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services in a similar capacity
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through capabilities
  • Personable and approachable with a positive attitude
  • Able to exercise good judgment by recognizing urgency and prioritization
  • Strong customer service/support/relations skills\
  • Well-organized with effective time management skills
  • Proficient with Windows-based software, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Morningstar, ValueLine, Orion, Wealthscape is helpful

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
