Account Specialist

We are seeking to fill an Account Specialist position to assist with the operations. This individual should be highly motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting the firm’s wealth advisors/counselors as requested.
  • Create, gather and organize materials for client meetings.
  • Assist with new account set up, billing and account reconciliations.
  • Work directly with operations team on service questions and changes, handling complex issues and problems independently.
  • Looking for a team member with excellent project-focused skills: organized, can set and complete tasks independently, with attention to detail, and able to meet deadlines.

 

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • BS/BA
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word, as well as facility with financial software

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Our company policy requires that all employees provide COVID vaccination and booster records.
