We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Reporting and Billing Analyst. This individual should be highly motivated, analytical, able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Directly support one of our client Counselors regarding issues such as:
Leading the firm’s portfolio/performance reporting and reconciliation effort using Orion Advisor Services
Leading the firm’s billing effort
Administration of new account processes, including integration with Salesforce CRM
Assisting with audit and compliance reporting and analysis
Successful Candidates will have/be:*
4-6 years of financial services middle/back-office experience at an investment adviser or custodian including performance and portfolio reporting as well as reconciliation functions
Process oriented, analytical
A track record of implementing and being nimble in the face of process changes
