We are seeking a Portfolio Reporting and Billing Specialist to support our growing operations team. This individual should be highly motivated, ability to work in a collaborative environment, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Directly support one of our client Counselors regarding issues such as:
Supporting the firm’s portfolio/performance reporting and reconciliation effort using Orion Advisor Services.
Supporting the firm’s billing effort
Administration of new account processes
Assisting with audit and compliance reporting and analysis
Successful Candidates will have:*
1-3 years of financial services middle/back-office experience at an investment adviser or custodian including performance, portfolio reporting and/or reconciliation functions
